"God's love has made you more than enough. So go ahead and be who He made you to be."
Our school theme this year, "On Purpose," encourages students to know that each of them was created with purpose. Each one has God-given talents and is called to be the unique person who God has created them to be. As school community this year we'll dig in and explore what that looks like for each of us.
"But I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you my power and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth." Exodus 9:16
Throughout the school year during assemblies, students and staff will sing this year's theme song: "Live Like You're Loved" by Hawk Nelson, encouraging us to be who God made us to be.
"So go ahead and live like you're loved It's okay to act like you've been set free His love has made you more than enough So go ahead and be who he made you to be"
Inside and outside of the classroom staff are equipping students to lean into who God has called them to be. How? By focusing on several elements our school's mission (purpose):
In community, NCS pursues Christ-centered educational excellence that equips students to live Biblically, act responsibly, work cooperatively, communicate effectively and achieve success in who God has called them to be.
We are excited to see how God will work and move in the lives of our students, staff and families this year as seek His purpose in our lives!
