Admissions process

1. Fill in admissions forms including all necessary documentation (see application checklist). Include $250 application fee to be wired to the school.

2. The school will determine the eligibility of the student within 3 weeks of receiving all documents. A WeChat/Skype interview with potential students may be requested. 

3. You will receive a letter conditionally accepting the student to the program.

4. Upon acceptance, the full tuition must be paid before an official letter of acceptance can be issued.

5. Custodian is available upon request. 

6. Application deadline: June 30, depending on space availability

• Completed Medical Information Form

• Copy of Immunization Records

• Application Fee ($250 non-refundable) 

• Completed Financial Responsibility Form

• Completed Student Homestay Information Form – if applicable

• Completed Behaviour Code Agreement – if applicable

• Custodian Document (page 1 and 2)

• Copy of Current Passport

• Copy of Current Student Study Visa when available

• Copies of Transcripts and/or Report Cards (officially translated), from past two years

• iTEP SLATE- English Proficiency Test Results (grade 10-12 students, if requested)
